Warranty

We offer a two-year warranty on all Scientifica-manufactured products and a one-year warranty on third-party goods. This gives you peace of mind when purchasing Scientifica equipment.

The Scientifica Exchange Programme

Our Exchange Programme is designed to reduce costs and minimise lab disruption.

How it works – keeping your lab running

If your Scientifica-manufactured product (still in production*) needs servicing, we’ll exchange it for a replacement from our service stock. This allows you to continue working with minimal downtime.

  • We aim to ship replacement parts quickly, depending on stock availability and the details of your servicing requirements. For warranty-covered items, shipping is free of charge.
  • Once your replacement part is up and running, simply return the original item in the same packaging using the included return label.
  • Our in-house specialists will repair and refurbish your returned item for future use.
  • Repairs by our service team are guaranteed for six months from the repair date or the remaining original warranty—whichever is longer.
  • Exchange equipment comes with a six-month warranty.
  • If your equipment is out of warranty, we’ll set up an order to cover repair and shipping costs, and you can still keep the replacement equipment already shipped to you minimising any downtime and disruption to your experiments.
