Role: Postdoctoral Fellow
Location: Washington State University
The role
- Use electrophysiologic, activity-based and molecular approaches to make important contributions to understanding how endocannabinoids, opioids, and other transmitters regulate specific aspects of food and drug intake.

The candidate
The successful applicant will have earned a PhD in Neuroscience or related field, be fluent in written and spoken English, and will be self-motivated, willing to learn, and a good team player. Preference will be given to applicants that have experience in electrophysiology and/or stereotaxic surgery and have a strong understanding of the physiology of motivated behaviours, energy balance regulation, and/or opioid actions.
